Bryce Cherko leads day-to-day operations at Cherko Fusco Realty, a boutique real estate investment brokerage specializing in hospitality assets. With a track record of over $100 million in successfully closed transactions, Bryce brings deep market knowledge, a strong investor network, and a hands-on approach to every deal.

Before founding Cherko Fusco Realty, Bryce gained valuable experience in commercial construction and development—giving him a unique perspective on asset value, repositioning opportunities, and the operational realities behind the numbers.

Bryce is a graduate of Merrimack College (Class of 2020) where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
